The fuel prices each country sets for itself — Pakistan's notified rates, and the monthly prices of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar — captured on publication, by grade, in the local currency.

Freight, plastics, fertiliser, power, transport — all of it is downstream of a barrel. Watching crude in isolation tells you half the story; watching it against the products, the OSPs and the local notified rate tells you the rest.
